We ask that you leave the unit "broom clean" with all trash bagged, dishes and cookware washed.
It is not necessary to make the beds.
A $25.00 fee will be charged if the dishes are left unwashed.
If none of the required cleanup is completed a $50.00 fee will be charged.

Deposit required depending on length of stay. A credit card is also required to make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:

Once a unit or multiple units have been confirmed,THE UNIT(S) ARE TAKEN OFF THE RENTAL MARKET AND ARE HELD FOR YOU. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT FOR ALL UNITS RESERVED FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
If you cancel with more than 30 days notice: You will receive a refund of your deposit less a FIFTY dollar processing fee.
If you cancel your unit(s) with less than 30 days notice: You are still responsible for the balance unless the unit is rerented. If the unit is rerented for the exact days, you will be refunded your deposit less a FIFTY dollar processing fee. If the unit is rerented for some of the days, then you are responsible for the days that it is not rerented.
Please don't reserve "extra units" with the expectation of cancelling those you don't need upon arrival.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR INCLEMENT WEATHER.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cashier's check, money orders or cash for balance due on unit upon arrival.
Cashier checks, personal checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted for deposit only.
Personal Checks cannot be accepted for the balance due on the unit when you arrive or for trail permits.
